KMA has been founded in 2002 as a Consulting Company for Implementing Knowledge Management Solutions and as well as an Academy for Teaching, Coaching and Qualifying the Staff of the Customers. KMA is not developing software products but a vender-independent solution validator around the Data Warehouse, Content-, Document- and Collaboration Management. Special Tasks are on one hand the benchmarking and the improvement of the performance of IT-Processes with methods like 6-Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, Balanced Scorecard, CMMI, Knowledge Balances and other performance monitoring tools aligned with the strategic plans. On the other hand KMA is supporting the social part of the organisational change. The Consultants are familiar with program- and project management, writing tender documents. Industrial experiences in main are made with technical plants, power stations, telecommunication companies, traffic systems.
Reinhard Höhn holds a Diploma (master degree) in Mathematics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität, Frankfurt. He is also a technical expert in power plants and maintenance. After the project management of the IT-part of the Austrian Lorry-Toll-System and managing outsourcing projects, implementing of call centers, now he is engaged in researching knowledge management applications.
